This Italian-style village is a luxury, waterfront property. Our unit is located on the top floor of the building giving our guests optimal views of the Esplanade grounds as well as the marinia. While staying at the Esplanade enjoy walking around the promenade gazing into the water or perhaps enjoying a beverage at the Star Bar and there are many options for dining. Our 3 bedroom condo is very spacious making it a great place for couples and families.

Cancellation Policy:
If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental monies will be refunded as follows:
o 75% if canceled 120+ days prior to the guest Check-in Date
o 40% if canceled 90 to 119 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
o There is no refund policy less than 90 days before the guest Check-in Date
o There is a $200 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests regardless of Check-in Date.
o Additional banking fees may be charged with cancellations, depending on the method of payment
