Our condo is loacated on the 4th floor (top floor) and truly has it all.  Breaktaking views of Smokehouse Bay, several shops and endless places to eat.  This Italian-style village is a luxury, waterfront property.  Our unit is located on the top floor of the building giving our guests optimal views of the Esplanade grounds as well as the marinia.  While staying at the Esplanade enjoy walking around the promenade gazing into the water or perhaps enjoying a beverage at the Star Bar and there are many options for dining.  Our 3 bedroom condo is very spacious making it a great place for couples and families.

Refund Policy:

A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations

For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained.

If the condo can be re-rented, a prorata refund will be issued.

Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.
