Hello, please allow me to introduce myself and my family.  My name is Lou, my wife is Brenda, our daughters are Laurel, Alissa, and Ashley. Laurel graduated from the University of Miami, in December 2004, and is looking for a teaching job. Alissa graduated from Florida State University, in April 2005.  Ashley is a sophomore in High School.  Ashley is hoping to graduate a year early from high school.  Our family dog is a Bichon named Cracker. 

We starting coming to Marco Island in the early 1980's.  We fell in love with the island immediately.  The Marco sunsets are very romantic.

In 1984, we purchased our first Apollo condominium, and we purchased our second Apollo condominium in 1990. 

In  2002, we purchased an Esplanade unit with my parents, Tony and Marie.  Tony and Marie are permanent residents on Marco Island, and they oversee the upkeep of our units. 

2004 was a very busy year for us, we purchased our first home (Fieldstone) on Marco Island.  I walked into this home and fell in love with the long water views. My mind was made up, this was the house for us.  We also purchased a Belize unit in Cape Marco with my sister Michele and her husband Mario.  Michele and Mario just recently made Marco Island their permanent home also.

As you can see the entire Zandy family has fallen in love with Marco Island.  Although we reside in Maryland at this time, my wife and I hope to be permanent residents of Marco in the very near future.

We take great pride in our properties, and I am sure you will agree.  They are all uniquely decorated and fully furnished.
